No Return and Exchange Policy

At FERA , we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, due to certain circumstances, we have implemented a strict no return and exchange policy. Please carefully read the following terms before making a purchase:

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through our website or in-store are considered final sale. Once an item is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Dislike of color or style
  • Gift recipient's preference
2. Defective or Damaged Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at fashionableera01@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your case and, if deemed appropriate, provide a replacement or issue a refund.

Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect or damage may be required to process your claim.

3. Exceptions

Our no return and exchange policy applies to all products sold by FERA including regular-priced items, sale items, and clearance items.

This policy also applies to items purchased using promotional discounts, gift cards, or store credits.
